NOTICE TO INSURANCE AGENTS

Proposals for PROPERTY and BOILER INSURANCE coverage will be received by the Board of Education of the County of Monongalia at its office at 13 South High Street, Morgantown, West Virginia, 26501, until 3:00 P.M., L.P.T., November 2, 2015. Specifications, forms, and other necessary information may be obtained from the Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer Office, 13 South High Street, Morgantown, West Virginia, 26501. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any and all proposals. Furthermore, the Board of Education shall not be restricted to acceptance of the lowest bid submitted. Proposals must include the name of submitted agent, firm represented and the name of insurance company, company must have at least an A rating. Policy is to be effective from December 1, 2015 (12:01 a.m.) through November 30, 2018 (12:00 midnight). No vendor may withdraw his proposal within forty-five (45) days of the actual date of the opening thereof.
