NOTICE

ATTENTION PRINCETON RESIDENTS The Planning Commission for the City of Princeton, WV, on Thursday, the 22nd day of January, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 100 Courthouse Road, Princeton, West Virginia, will conduct a public hearing before acting on a petition to amend the Zoning Map of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Princeton by rezoning a plat of property at the corner of Courthouse Road and Morrison Drive, identified as 100 Courthouse Road, the present site of the Princeton Municipal Building, from Office-Institutional (O-I) to Commercial-2 (C-2). (Property is further identified at City Tax Map 19, Parcel 41). At said hearing any interested citizen may appear and be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary by the Princeton Planning Commission.
