You will take notice that ROBERT W & KAREN S GUMINEY, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certificate of Sale: 2014-S-00000088, 22, AC SUR WHITE DAY CREEK located in CLINTON, which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of DEVAULT JANE E., and for which the tax lien(s) thereon was sold by Sheriff of Monongalia County at the sale for the delinquent taxes made on the 10th day of November, 2014, has requested that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made to him or her on or after April 1, 2016, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to pay on the last day, March 31, 2016 will be as follows:
