P.” which Map is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia, as Microfilm Plat Record No. 6271, which said Lot No. 3 is bounded and described in a more particularly individual description as follows: BEGINNING at an Iron Pin in the Westerly corner of said Lot No. 3, being a corner to Lot No. 2 and being in the dividing line between Lots Nos. 2 and 3; thence N. 26? 32′ E. 93.33 feet to an Iron Pin, corner to Lot No. 4; thence along and with the dividing line between Lots Nos. 3 and 4, S. 50?12′ E. 102.08 feet to an Iron Pin; thence S. 27? 08′ W. 92.98 feet along and with the Powder House Hollow Road to an Iron Pin, corner to Lot No. 2; thence along and with the dividing line between Lots 2 and 3, N. 50? 16’ W. 101.04 feet to the point of BEGINNING, containing 0.21 of an acre.” And being the same property conveyed to Willard Lee Green by Quitclaim Deed dated October 20, 2008 from Alice Marie Perkins (also known as Alice Marie Green), of record in said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 933, at Page 446. And also being the same property conveyed to Willard Lee Green and Alice Marie Green, his wife, by Deed dated February 28, 1991 from Richard L.
