It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Thomas Tucker Daugherty has been unable to be located by Rita Gaye Daugherty and that she has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, Thomas Tucker Daugherty shall serve upon Rita Gaye Daugherty, 1302 Sabraton Avenue, Apt 2, Morgantown, WV 26505, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before December 28, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
