NOTICE OF SALE
Notice is hereby given that on or following the 9th day of December, 2015, the undersigned Trustee of THE REORGANIZED CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS of Morgantown, West Virginia, will on behalf of the church sell to the HINDU RELIGIOUS AND CULTURAL CENTER OF MORGANTOWN for the sum of Six Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($665,000.00) certain real property owned by the church located at 137 Bakers Ridge Road, Morgantown, WV 26505, situate, lying and being in Union District, Monongalia County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a P.K. nail (set) in the centerline of Monongalia County Route 60, said P.K. nail also marking the northwesterly corner of a conveyance, from John D. Lynch and Janet L. Lynch, Robert E. Lynch and Sharon L. Lynch, and Ann Lynch Borchert and William Borchert to GMA-Madison, Inc., by deed recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Monongalia County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 1181, at Page 66; running thence with a part of the aforesaid centerline of County Route 60, the following three (3) courses and distances: 314.44 feet along the arc of a curve deflecting to the right, said curve having a radius of 293.00 feet and a chord bearing and distance of N. 53° 41’ 24” E. 299.65 feet to a P.K. nail (set); thence N. 84° 25’ 29” E. 142.42 feet to a P.K. Nail (set); thence 110.10 feet along the arc of a curve deflecting to the right, said curve having a radius of 208.00 feet and a chord bearing and distance of S. 80° 24’ 38” E. 108.82 feet to a P.K. nail (set); thence to create new lines of division through the Grantor’ s property, S. 12° 18’ 34” W. 371.46 feet to a 5/8-inch iron bar (set) in the northerly or South 65° 14’ 45” E. 653.27 foot deed line of the aforesaid conveyance to GMA-Madison, Inc., distant 200.23 feet northwesterly from a 1/2-inch capped iron bar (found) marking the southeasterly end thereof; thence reversely with a part of said northerly deed line, N. 65° 13’ 56” W. 432.99 feet to a point, said point shown on a plat of survey of the said GMA-Madison, Inc., parcel, as prepared by Triad Engineering, Inc., of Morgantown, West Virginia, and recorded in said Clerk’ s office in Deed Book 1114, at Page 302; thence N. 65° 13’ 56” W. 20.00 feet to the point and place of beginning, containing 115,558 square feet or 2.653 acres of land, more or less.
The undersigned Trustee will acknowledge, execute and deliver for record a deed for said property to HINDU RELIGIOUS AND CULTURAL CENTER OF MORGANTOWN.
