NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 230 FERNDALE STREET, CEDAR BLUFF, VIRGINIA In execution of a Credit Line Deed Of Trust dated August 15, 2006 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, Virginia in Deed Book 980, at page 58, the undersigned Substitute Trustee with full authority and power to act will offer for sale at public auction the following real estate, including all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, to-wit: All of the residue of that certain tract or parcel of land located on Earl’s Branch near Cliffield in Tazewell County, Virginia originally containing Thirty-Five (35) Acres, the description of which is contained in deeds of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County in Deed Book 267, beginning at pages 430 and 434, from the Heirs of L. A. Harrison to Harry B. Harrison, from which tract there is excepted (1) a tract or parcel containing approximately Fifteen (15) Acres, more or less, conveyed to John Richardson and Julia Richardson, husband and wife, by Deed dated January 24, 1964 of record in Deed Book 310, at page 83; (2) a tract or land and water right conveyed to Harry B. Whitt and Cathy C. Whitt, husband and wife, by Deed dated July 14, 1981 of record in Deed 485, at page 310; (3) a tract of land conveyed to Lawrence Wayne Whitt and Beverly Jane Whitt by Deed dated June 4, 1985 of record in Deed Book 533, at page 493; (4) a water right to a spring conveyed to Kayla Dawn Whitt and husband by Deed dated August 2, 1999 of record in Deed Book 449, at page 293; (5) a tract or parcel conveyed to Harry B. Whitt and wife by Deed dated July 26, 1993 of record in Deed Book 659, at page 158; and (6) a lot or parcel of land containing 0.59 Acre conveyed to Clarence E. Barnett and Janice M. Barnett by Deed dated November 13, 2002 of record in Deed Book 863, at page 858; this property also is identified as being Tazewell County Tax Parcel 109-A-0065. The foregoing property is subject to and benefited by each of the conditions, covenants, easements, exceptions, reservations, restrictions, rights of way, and other matters of record in the chain of title as the same may lawfully apply.
