NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On Wednesday, January 6, 2015 at 10:20 a.m., the Monongalia County Commission will conduct a public hearing to receive comments after the second reading of the proposed amendments to the Monongalia County Billing Ordinance for Volunteer Fire Departments dated December 2015. The hearing will take place in the Commission Chambers, Room 202 of the Monongalia County Courthouse. A copy of the Ordinance is available in the County Commissioner’s Office for review Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. until 5:00. Persons having comments for or against the proposed ordinance are requested to be in attendance or submit written comments prior to the hearing. Anyone who may require accommodations for an audio, visual or mobility impairment should request same in advance by contacting the County Commission at 291-7257.
