NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, at 7:30 PM in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber at Lewisburg City Hall, 942 Washington Street, West on the proposed City of Lewisburg Municipal Home Rule Pilot Program, written plan pursuant to West Virginia Code §8-1-5a.
Interested parties may appear at the public hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed written plan. A copy of the proposed written plan may be inspected in the recorder’s office beginning, December 30, 2014, between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM daily, Monday through Friday, and the Greenbrier County Public Library during normal operating hours.
