Michael Blaylock 147 Moses Ave. Lot #30 Bluefield, WV 24701 Civil Action No. 14C-2661 The object of the above entitled action is tenant breached the terms of the tenancy and the rent therefore is past due in the amount of $245.00 And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendant. it is order that Michael Blaylock do serve upon Mike Flanigan, magistrate, whose address is 120 Scott St., Princeton, WV 24740, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before February 11, 2015 @ 9:30 a.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Michael Blaylock at any time thereafter.
