You will take notice that ANNA MARIE STEPHANS, the purchaser of the tax lien(s) on the following real estate, Certificate of Sale: 2013-S-00000228, LOT 11 & 12 HODGES ADD, located in MORGANTOWN 5TH WARD CORP, which was returned delinquent in the name of NABAVIAN SALAR, and for which the tax lien(s) thereon was sold by the sheriff on Monongalia County at the sale of delinquent taxes made on the 4th day of November, 2013, has requested that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made to him on or after April 1, 2015, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount you have to pay on the last day, March 31, 2015, will be as follows:

Amount equal to the taxes and charges due on the date of the sale,
