THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS FOR A PETITION FOR DIVORCE.
To The Above Named Defendant:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Tess Cheyenne Harvey has been unable to be located by Kenneth Vernon Harvey, Jr., and that he has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, Tess Cheyenne Harvey shall serve upon Kenneth Vernon Harvey, Jr., plaintiff, whose address is 226 Taylortown Road, Maidsville, WV 26541, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense she may have to the Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or before January 16, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A copy of said Divorce can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
