NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY
The Sheriff of Jefferson County, West Virginia, gives notice that he will sell the following personal property levied upon in Civil Action Case Number #14-C-279 Randolph Davenport v. Meredith Russell (Rusty) Blackford, Sr. in the Magistrate Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia, being a 2002 Dodge Dakota pickup, VIN #1B7GG12X12S626948 the property of Meredith Russell (Rusty) Blackford, Sr. defendant therein. The sale is to be held at the Jefferson County Sheriff’s office, located at 102 Industrial Blvd., Kearneysville, WV 25430 (back parking lot), Jefferson County, West Virginia on Friday, the 10th day of June 2016 at 6:00 p.m. (gates open at 5:30 p.m.) or as soon thereafter as may be convenient or possible. The vehicle will be sold as is. All sales final. Preferred payment is in the form of cash (exact change) or certified funds. Personal checks accepted by Sheriff’s approval only. All vehicles must be paid for and removed from the property by close of business Monday, June 13th, 2016.
