The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony.
To the Above Named Defendant:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that PAUL KOON, JR. is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that PAUL KOON, JR. serve upon KELLI CRUZ, PRO SE, whose address is 718 Rembrandt Circle, Erwin, PA 15647, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before January 20, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
