NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated December 8, 2008, from Pamela Mills to Debra L. Dalton, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 1156, at page 278, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $102,726.68, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Mercer County Courthouse in Princeton, West Virginia on August 28, 2014 at 9:00 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, containing 1.00 acre situate in Beaver Pond District, Mercer County 1/2 miles northeast of New Hope, West Virginia, as shown on a plat of survey entitled, “PLAT OF SURVEY SHOWING A 1.00 ACRE PARCEL BEING CONVEYED TO RALPH D. MILLS. BEAVER POND DISTRICT, MERCER COUNTY SITUATE /12 MILE NORTHEAST OF NEW HOPE, WEST VA. SCALE: 1″ = 50′, AUGUST 20, 2000 SHIELDS ENGINEERING COMPANY, LLC”, and which tract or parcel of land is more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch rebar set in the eastern line of Lot 10 of the Hager Homes Subdivision, said rebar referenced as situate N. 37? 40′ 00″ W. 31.20 feet from a 3/4 inch iron rod found at a turn in the eastern line of Lot 10; thence with the eastern line of Lot 10 to the right-of-way of Hager Drive and then with the eastern line of Hager Drive N 37? 40′ 00″ W. 216.00 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar set at the Hager Drive; thence with the southern line of Hager Drive N 31? 30′ 00″ E. 216.00 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar set; thence through the lands of Charles Jackson Mills, Jr., et al, the following: S 37? 40′ 00″ E. 216.00 feet to a 1/2 inch bar set; thence S. 31? 30′ 00″ W. 216.00 feet to the point of BEGINNING, and containing 1.00 acres, more or less.” And being the same property conveyed form Charles Jackson Mills, Jr., Sadie Ray Mills, and Ralph D. Mills to Pamela Mills, by Deed dated September 14, 2000, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 824, at page 261. Terms of the sale: cash on date of sale.
