A public inspection of the ballots and vote recording devices, to be used for both early voting, (commencing October 26, 2016 and running thru November 5, 2016), and election day, November 8, will occur at 10:00 a.m. on October 21, 2016 in the courtroom of the Hampshire County Courthouse, Romney, WV.
