To: Any claimant of a right or interest in said property You have the right to file a claim to the herein described property on or before the 14th day of November, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. before the Honorable Judge William J. Sadler. Any such claim must clearly state the identity of the claimant and an address where legal process can be served upon said claimant. The property seized and subject of this suit is described as follows ONE THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED AND ONE DOLLARS AND XX/000 CENT, ONE SAMSUNG TELEVISION-SERIAL #244W3CN607031B, and ONE SAMSUNG DVR-SERIAL # KJLX68KF46161GJ. The law enforcement agency responsible for the seizure is the West Virginia Southern Regional Drug and Violent Crime Task Force. The seizure was made on July 7, 2014 during a search of the residence located at 4211 Beacon Street, Bluefield, WV 24701. That the above listed respondent property was in the possession of Clyde Walters, IV. That after the date for filing of said claims, an order of the Court directing forfeiture of the seized property to the State and vesting ownership of said property shall be sought. If you fail to file a claim, thereafter an order, upon proper herein, may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
