NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO CHANGE TARIFF
TIRE & RUBBER, INC.
CASE NO. 16-1325-SWF-T
On September 26,2016, Tire & Rubber, Inc. (Applicant) made a filing to modify its tariff by adding the following language:

Tires brought to landfillfrom business/commercial entities – negotiable rate.

Any person affected by this change has a right to protest or to be heard as to why the change should not be allowed, either wholly or in part.

Anyone desiring to protest this proposed change in tariff should file a written protest, within ten days of the date of publication of this notice. All protests should be addressed to the Executive Secretary, Public Service Commission of West Virginia, P.O. Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia 25323. To help the Commission determine the justification for additional review and investigation, protests must be specific as to reasons that the tariff should be modified. In addition, anyone desiring a hearing in this matter must demand a hearing in the letter of protest.

If no hearing is demanded, the Commission may affirm the proposed tariff change without a hearing.
