CITY OF BLUEFIELD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BLUEFIELD BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING To the Citizens of the City of Bluefield; And other interested parties. You are hereby notified and you will please take notice that on the 13th day of December, 11:45 a.m., in the Board of Directors Room of the City of Bluefield, the new Municipal Complex, at 200 Rogers Street, Bluefield, West Virginia, the City Board of Directors of the City of Bluefield will hold a Public Hearing to seek comment and input from the public concerning the USDA grant for police vehicles and/or equipment. THE USDA RURAL HOUSING SERVICE HAS RECEIVED AN APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE CITY OF BLUEFIELD. THE PREOPOSED PROJECT CONSISTS OF AN APPLICATION FOR POLICE VEHICLES AND /OR EQUIPMENT FOR THE CITY OF BLUEFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT. THIS NOTICE IS ALSO TO INFORM THE PUBLIC OF A PUBLIC MEETING TO BE HELD ON DECEMBER 13, 2016 AT 11:45 A.M., IN THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING BOARDROOM, 200 ROGERS STREET, BLUEFIELD, WEST VIRGINIA. THE PURPOSE OF THIS MEETING IS TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME ACQUAINTED WITH THE PROPOSED PROJECT AND TO COMMENT ON ECONOMIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS, SERVICE AREA, OR ALTERNATIVES TO THE PROJECT.
