NOTICE Notice is hereby given that that certain mortgage, executed and delivered by Scott Alexander Berg, Kelly Marie Berg and Richard Wisen, mortgagor, to , mortgagee, dated the 28th day of September, 2015, and filed for record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission, Fayette County and State of West Virginia on the 29th day of October, 2015, and recorded in Trust Deed Book 958 at Page 708, will be foreclosed by a sale of the premises in such mortgage and hereinafter described at the front door of the courthouse in the County of Fayette and State of West Virginia at the hour of 10:00. a.m. (Ten O’clock), on the 6th day of January, 2017, to satisfy the amount due upon such mortgage on the day of sale.
