It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Heath Allen Rankin has been unable to be located by Maria Diana McMillen and that she has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, Heath Allen Rankin shall serve upon Christine Schneider, plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 165 Scott Avenue, Suite 209, Morgantown, WV 26508, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he may have to the Petition for Custody Responsibility filed in this action on or before March 23, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
