Notice of Hearing on Petition to Confirm Consent to Adoption and Terminate Parental Rights

In Re: Adoption of Baby Girl Ross, a minor, No. A-14-137 in the Orphans’ Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

To: Unknown Father of Baby Girl Ross, who was born on July 22, 2013, in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. A Petition has been filed asking the Court to put an end to all rights you have to the child, Baby Girl Ross and to confirm the Consent to Adoption of Jabrissa Ranaee Ross, mother of Baby Girl Ross. The Court has set a hearing to consider ending your and Mother’s rights to the child, Baby Girl Ross. That hearing will be held in Orphans’ Court, 1700 Frick Building, 437 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 15219 on March 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. You are warned that even if you fail to appear at the scheduled hearing, the hearing will go on without you and your rights and Mother’s rights to the child may be ended by the Court without your being present. You have the right to be represented at the hearing by a lawyer. You should take this paper to your lawyer at once.
