ACE’S CAB SERVICE, LLC, Harpers Ferry, Jefferson County, Application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to operate as a taxi in the transportation of passengers in Jefferson County.

NOTICE

On February 27, 2017, Ace’s Cab Service, LLC, filed an application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of passengers in taxi cab service between points and places in Jefferson County to points and places in West Virginia.

Taxi Rates:

$6.00 for the first 2 miles or less

$1.00 for each additional mile

Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or petition to intervene within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.  All protests and interventions should be addressed to Ingrid Ferrell, Executive Secretary, P.O.
