Case MA 002-2017: Request for an Amendment to the West Run Planning District Zoning Map from Rural Reserve (R-0) and Single Family Residential (R-1) to Neighborhood Residential (R-2) for the properties legally described as Union Tax Map 12 Parcels 28.1, 28.2, 28.3, 31, 32, 32.1, & 32.2. This is a re-application of a previous rezoning attempt, MA 004-2015.
