You are hereby notified that Petitioner styled PETITION OF JAMES MCCUTCHEON AND ASHLEY MCCUTCHEON FOR THE ADOPTION OF BRIANNA WHITE, minor child under the age of 18, has been filed in the Circuit Court of Monongalia County, West Virginia that a copy of said proceeding may be obtained in said Circuit clerk’s Office, Monongalia County Justice Center, 75 High Street, Morgantown, West Virginia 26505; that you have 30 days from first publication of this Notice to Answer the dame by filing a written Answer with the clerk of Said court and by sending a copy of same to the undersigned attorney for said Petitioner at his address; that a hearing for final adoption is set before the Honorable Russell m. Clawges, Jr., Judge of the Circuit Court of Monongalia County, West Virginia , Third floor; Monongalia County Justice Center, 75 High Street, Morgantown, West Virginia at 11:30AM on August 16, 2017, that your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in this proceedings, and that you may appear at said hearing to protect your interests and parental rights as you deem fit.
