WILD THINGS ADVENTURES, LLC,
a limited liability company, Berkeley Springs, Morgan County,
Application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to operate
as a common carrier of passengers by specialized limousine service.
On April 7, 2017, the Applicant, Wild Things Adventures, LLC, filed an application with the Commission for a certificate of convenience and necessity to operate a specialized limousine service.
On July 3, 2017, Commission Staff filed a Further Final Joint Staff Memorandum recommending proper publication of the application by the Applicant. Additionally, Staff states the Applicant’s proposed certificate and rates should read as follows:
To operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in specialized limousine service in the transportation of passengers in limousine service between points and places in Morgan, Hampshire, Berkeley and Jefferson Counties, West Virginia on the one hand, and points and places in West Virginia on the other hand.
Rates: $75 per hour
Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
