NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FRANCHISE
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Lumos Networks of WEST VIRGINIA, INC., has filed its application with the Council of the municipality of WESTOVER, West Virginia, for a franchise granting to the Company the right and privilege to construct, erect, alter, operate, maintain and reconstruct, in, upon, along, across, over and under the streets, alleys, public ways and public places in said municipality, a TELECOMMUNICATIONS system and facilities appurtenant thereto and to do all things necessary or proper to carry out the intent and purposes thereof.
Notice is hereby further given that all persons interested in the granting or refusing of such franchise will be heard respecting such application at a meeting of said Council to be held on the 18th day of September 2017, at 6:00 PM, in Council Chambers, 500 DuPont Road, Westover, WV 26501.
