NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FRANCHISE Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, DBI Networks, LLC ClearFiber has filed its application with the Council of the Star City, West Virginia, for a franchise granting to the Company the right and privilege to construct, operate, maintain, and reconstruct, in,upon, along, across, over and under streets, alleys, public ways and public places in said municipality, a Fiberoptic system and facilities appurtenant for the provision of telecommunications services. Notice is hereby given that all persons interested in the granting or proper to carry out the intent and purposes thereof.
Notice is hereby further given that all persons interested in the granting or refusing of such franchise will be heard respecting such application at a meeting of the Town of Star City Council to be held on the 3rd day of Oct, 2017, at 7:00PM, at Star City Town hall, 370 Broadway Ave, Star City, WV 26505.
