pursuant to the ordinances
of the City of New
Martinsville, West Virginia,
a municipal non-partisan
election will be held in
said city on Tuesday,
May12, 2020. The offices
available for filing at the
City Recorder’s office are:
Mayor, Street
Commissioner, First
Ward Council, Fifth
Ward Council and Sixth
Ward Council
The first day to file for
office is the second
Monday in January next
preceding the
non-partisan election,
January 13, 2020, during
regular business hours, 8
A.M. to 4:30 P.M. and the
last day to file is the last
Saturday in January next
preceding the
non-partisan election,
January 25, 2020. City
Hall will be open on
January 25, 2020 from 9
A.M. to Noon. If
certificates mailed, they
must be postmarked
before midnight E.S.T. on
January 25, 2020.
