NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Betty Jane Lightner, Lloyd W. Lightner, Sr., and Lloyd W. Lightner, Jr. dba AAA Lightner Bonding, citizens of the United States and residents of Summers County, West Virginia, will appear before the Honorable Robert E. Richardson Judge of the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 10, 2020, or as soon thereafter as it may be heard at the Greenbrier County Courthouse, Lewisburg, West Virginia, for the purpose of obtaining authority to continue to be qualified bondsmen before the Circuit Court of said County. Any person who can show good cause why such authority should not be granted to the applicant should be present at that time and place.
