a West Virginia non-profit
corporation (“Corporation”)
Please take notice that, pursuant to West Virginia Code § 31E-13-1307, publication is made to advise you that the Corporation filed Articles of Dissolution with the West Virginia Secretary of State as of February 10, 2026.
Any person or entity having a valid claim against the Corporation shall present such claim, together with such proof of claim as is necessary, in writing, by certified mail (return receipt requested) to: Generations Haven Inc., PO Box 101, Ranson, West Virginia 25438, WITH COPY TO Bush Law Firm PLLC, PO Box 212, Gerrardstown, West Virginia 25420.
A claim against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after publication of this notice.
