NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATION & NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES
The administration of the estate(s) of the following decedent(s) is pending before the County Commission of Ritchie County, West Virginia, Attn: Probate/County Clerk’s Office, 115 E. Main Street, Room 201, Harrisville, West Virginia 26362. The names and addresses of the personal representative, and the personal representative’s attorney, if any, of each estate, are set forth below.
Claims against the following estates must be filed in accordance with the provisions of article two or article three-a of Chapter 44 of the West Virginia Code, as amended.
Any person seeking to impeach or establish a will must make a complaint in accordance with the provisions of section eleven, twelve or thirteen, article five, chapter forty-one of this code;
Objections by any interested person(s) to the qualifications of the personal representative or the venue or jurisdiction of the court must be filed with the county commission within three months after the date of first publication or thirty days of service of the notice, whichever is later; and
Settlement of the estate of the following named decedents will proceed without reference to a fiduciary commissioner unless within ninety (90) days from the first publication of this notice a reference is requested by a party in interest or an unpaid creditor files a claim and good cause is shown to support reference to a fiduciary commissioner.
