NOTICE AND INVITATION FOR COMMENT
On March 5, 2019, the Public Service Commission of West Virginia (Commission) opened a general investigation into improvements to the Commission Rules Governing Siting Certificates for Exempt Wholesale Generators, 150 C.S.R. Series 30 (Siting Certificate Rules). The Commission also established a period for interested parties to submit written comments regarding the Siting Certificate Rules. Interested parties should submit written comments to the Executive Secretary of the Commission, Ingrid Ferrell, at P.O. Box 812, Charleston, WV 25323. Initial comments are due by April 30, 2019, and reply comments are due by May 31, 2019. Interested parties may review the order opening the general investigation online at http://www.psc.state.wv.us/
