COMMENT
On January 27, 2020 The Public Service Commission of West Virginia (Commission) instituted a rulemaking proceeding proposing revisions to the Commission Rules Governing Siting Certificates for Exempt Wholesale Generators, 150 C.S.R. Series 30 (Siting Certificate Rules). The Commission also established a period for interested parties to submit written comments regarding the Siting Certificate Rules. Interested parties should submit written comments to the Executive Secretary of the Commission, Connie Graley, at P.O. Box 812, Charleston, WV 25323. Initial comments are due on or before 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 11, 2020, and written reply comments no later than 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 26, 2020. Interested parties may review the order opening the general investigation online at http://www.psc.state.wv.us/
