APPLICATION FOR WRITTEN CONSENT
TO RELOCATE A BRANCH
Notice is hereby given that Branch Banking and Trust Company, a North Carolina chartered bank headquartered at 200 West Second Street, Winston-Salem, Forsyth County, North Carolina 27101, has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) for its written consent to relocate its Fairmont Main Branch located at 120 Fairmont Avenue, Fairmont, Marion County, West Virginia 26554 to 401 4th Street, Fairmont, Marion County, West Virginia 26554.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the FDIC at its regional office located at 10 Tenth St. NE, Ste. 800, Atlanta, GA 30309-3449 within 15 days after the date of newspaper publication. The nonconfidential portions of the application are on file in the regional office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the nonconfidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
