NOTICE TO BID
The Pocahontas County Commis-sion will receive bids for a ten foot by ten foot (approximate size) commercial metal garage door and compatible automatic garage door opener, including all materials and labor and disposal of existing door and/or other materials, to be installed in the former shoe factory building located at 300 Second Avenue, Marlinton, West Virginia.  Successful bidder must possess valid West Virginia contractor’s license and liability insurance and may be required to post a performance bond.  Contractor also agrees to complete all installation within 60 days unless an extension is agreed to in writing between the parties.
All bids should be submitted in writing and placed in a sealed envelope marked “Sealed Bid – Shoe Factory Garage Door”and delivered by mail or in person to the Pocahontas County Commission 900 Tenth Avenue, Marlinton, West Virginia 24954, no later than the 2nd day of March, 2015, by 4:30 pm.  Bids will be opened in the County Commission’s Office on Tuesday, the 3rd day of March, 2015, at 9:00 a.m.  For further information, please contact the County Commission Office (304) 799-6063 Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
The Pocahontas County Commis-sion reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
