The Pocahontas County Commis-sion will receive bids for the purchase of a 2013/2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with 20,000 miles or less, at a total cost not to exceed $29,000.00 with the following:  black exterior black interior; 4×4 4 wheel drive – rain brake support; ready alert braking; trailer sway damping; anti-lock 4-wheel disc brakes; supplemental side-curtain airbags; driver inflatable knee-boister airbag; supplemental front seat-mounted side airbags; supplemental side-curtain front and rear airbags; power heated exterior mirrors w/manual fold-away; keyless enter-n-go (TM); remote proximity keyless entry; remote keyless entry; dual-zone automatic temperature control; variable intermittent windshield wipers; electronic vehicle information center;  removable/rechargeable interior light; low beam daytime running headlamps; wheels/tires – 17 inch x 8.0 inch aluminum wheels; P245/70R17 BSW on/off road tires; automatic headlamps; engine/transmission –3.6 liter Pentastar V6 engine; 8 speed paddle shift automatic transmission; traction control; electronic stability control; seating –cloth low-back bucket seats; front passenger fold-flat seat; 60/40 split rear folding seat; 12 volt auxiliary power outlet; 12 volt auxiliary rear power outlet; 140 mph primary speedometer; 160 amp alternator; 24.6 gallon fuel tank; 3 point center rear seat belt; 60/40 split rear folding seat; 7 inch LCD instrument cluster with tachometer; 700 amp maintenance free battery; active head restraints; anti-lock 4 wheel disc brakes.
Please offer bids in writing, in a sealed envelope marked “Sealed Bid-Law Enforcement Vehicle”and submit to the Pocahontas County Commission at 900 Tenth Avenue, Marlinton, West Virginia 24954, on or before the 5th day of January 2015, by 4:30 PM.
Bids will be opened in the Office of the Pocahontas County Commission, on Tuesday, the 6th day of January, 2015, at 6:15 pm.  For further information, please contact the Pocahontas County Commission Office (304) 799-6063 Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 am. – 4:30 PM.
The Pocahontas County Commis-sion reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
