Notice is hereby given that Branch Banking and Trust Company, a North Carolina chartered bank headquartered at 200 West Second Street, Winston-Salem, Forsyth County, North Carolina 27101, has made application to the North Carolina Commissioner of Banks for authority to relocate its Fairmont Main Branch at 120 Fairmont Avenue, Fairmont, Marion County, West Virginia 26554 to 401 4th Street, Fairmont, Marion County, West Virginia 26554 to be processed in accordance with NCGS ยง 53C-6-16.
The public is invited to submit written comments on this application to the North Carolina Commissioner of Banks, 4309 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, North Carolina 27699-4309. The comment period on this application will end 14 days from the date of this publication. The Commissioner of Banks will consider written comments received within the comment period.
