TRUSTEE’S SALE OF 186 DEERFIELD STREET, FALLS MILLS, VA 24613. In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated August 17, 2005, in the original principal amount of $94,500.00 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Tazewell County, Virginia, in Book 0949 at Page 0139 as Instrument No. 050004155 . The undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for Tazewell County, 101 Main Street, Courthouse Building, Tazewell, Virginia on August 13, 2019, at 12:00 PM, the property described in said Deed of Trust, located at the above address, and more particularly described as follows: “BEGINNING AT A LOCUST TREE AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTHEAST LINE OF THE OLD MUD FORK ROAD WITH A LINE OF PROPERTY NOW OR FORMERLY OWNED BY FANNIE GIVENS; THENCE IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF GIVENS AND A LINE OF PROPERTY NOW OR FORMERLY OWNED BY HENRY TABOR, A DISTANCE OF 325 FEET TO A STAKE (IN TWO DEEDS IN THE CHAIN OF TITLE THE DISTANCE ON THE LAST MENTIONED LINE HAS BEEN MISTAKENLY GIVEN AS 420 FEET. THE CORRECT LENGTH OF SAID LINE HAVING NOW BEEN DETERMINED BY MEASUREMENT BY A REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER); THENCE IN A SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION 225 FEET TO A STAKE IN SAID NORTHEAST LINE OF THE OLD MUD FORK ROAD; THENCE WITH SAID LINE OF SAID ROAD 238 FEET TO THE LOCUST TREE AT THE POINT OF BEGINNING.” THIS CONVEYANCE IS MADE SUBJECT TO ANY AND ALL EASEMENTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND COVENANTS NOW OF RECORD IN SAID CLERK`S OFFICE, TO THE EXTENT THAT THE SAME MAY LAWFULLY AFFECT THE PROPERTY HEREIN CONVEYED AND SUBJECT TO SUCH MATTERS AS WOULD BE REVEALED BY A CAREFUL INSPECTION OF THE PREMISES.
