Clinch Valley Community Action, Inc. will be accepting Request for Proposal for mowing and weed eating at Camp Joy grounds for the period of May 2020 through end of September 2020. The Camp Joy grounds include area and yard and hill side of the doublewide. Please submit in writing a RFP to Doug Sheets 1379 Tazewell Avenue, Drive North Tazewell, VA 24630. Contact Doug Sheets at 276-988-5583 Monday – Friday between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm to inspect the grounds. Contractor must provide proof of insurance if awarded bid.
Deadline to submit RFP will be Friday, April 3, 2020 by 12:00 noon. Please mark CAMP JOY MOWING
