The Final Settlement and/or Waiver of Final Settlement in the above captioned estate(s) have been presented before me by the respective Fiduciaries of said estate(s) for approval, which reports were retained in my office at 427 Kerens Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia, for a 10 day period therefrom.
I have approved these reports of Settlement as presented and will file the same with the County Commission of Randolph County, West Virginia, on February 13, 2015.
Any person having any interest in said estate(s) may appear before the County Commission to protect their interests as they may appear or else may be forever thereafter barred from asserting such interest.
