NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD ON PROPOSED INFECTIOUS MEDICAL WASTE FACILITY PLAN APPROVAL FOR THE OFFICE OF DR. BRANDON M. LINGENFELTER D.O., Ph.D., PLLC (CENTER OF OBSTETRIC AND PELVIC HEALTH)

The office of Dr. Brandon Lingenfelter has submitted an Infectious Medical Waste Plan Application with the Department of Health and Human Resources Bureau for Public Health Office of Environmental Health Services. The proposed facility is located at 411 12th Street Ext., Princeton, WV 24740. Our telephone number is 681-282-5591.This notice commences a 30-day written public comment period from October 8,2019, through November 6,2019.

Dr. Lingenfelter’s office is a responsible medical facility whose medical waste compromises about 80{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} of solid infectious medical waste and 20{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} of liquid infectious medical waste. These infectious medical wastes are not contained permanently at the office. Medical waste from the office are all disposed of by a certified infectious medical waste facility per regulatory guidelines.

The office of Dr. Brandon Lingenfelter invites all interested parties to submit written comments concerning the proposed facility. All written comments must be signed by the person making the comments and include his/her name and address. All comments must be submitted to the office of Dr. Lingenfelter postmarked by the close of the public comment period on November 6,2019. Submit comments to:
