NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is herby given that a hearing will be held before the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia on 9th day of February 2015 at 10:00 AM, at the Commission Chambers located in the Wood County Courthouse, Parkersburg, West Virginia. Said hearing is upon the petition of the City of Vienna, a municipal corporation, to annex to its corporate limits that certain territory more particularly described as 8.004 ACRES – WILLIAMS DISTRICT TAX MAP 380, PARCEL X1 ä THE PRESENT SITE OF THE VIENNA UTILITY BOARD – 210 60TH ST., VIENNA, WV.
The territory sought to be annexed is more particularly described in the Petition for Annexation by minor boundary adjustment filed herein, a copy of which may be inspected during regular business hours at the Office of the Wood County Administrator, Wood County Courthouse, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
