Notice is given that MPLX Terminals LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for an R13 Construction Application for the construction of a new Internal Floating Roof Storage Tank for petroleum liquids at the Kenova Tri-State Terminal located on 23rd and River Streets, in Kenova, in Wayne County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.404882 , -82.587775 . The applicant anticipates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Volatile Organic Compounds – 7.48 tpy, n-Hexane – 0.12 tpy, Total Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) – 0.39 tpy. Startup of operation of the new storage tank is planned to begin in the first quarter of 2027.
