Notice is hereby given that POLINO ENTERPRISES, INC., PO BOX 750, RT 219 NORTH GILMAN, ELKINS, WV 26241 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) located at 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600 for the quarrying of approximately 77.8 acres in order to quarry Greenbrier Limestone. The proposed operation will discharge into unnamed tributary of Right Fork of Mill Creek of Tygart Valley River of Monongahela River and is located 2.0 miles northwest of Valley Bend in Valley Bend District of Randolph County. Longitude 79∂ 57’ 40’ Latitude 38∂ 47’ 15” (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).

Written comments on the Article 4 Quarry Permit Application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until May 20, 2015, or thirty (30) days from date of initial publication. A copy of the application will be available for review in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above AND in the Randolph County Clerk’s Office during normal business hours until the close of the comment period.
