Notice is hereby given that ROARING CREEK COAL COMPANY LLC, 109 APPALACHIAN DR, BECKLEY, WV 25801 filed an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600 for extension of inactive status on Permit No. O202010 located near Mabie, in Roaring Creek District of Ranolph County.
Written comments on this application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Inspection and Enforcement Supervisor at the DEP address above until May 22, 2015, or thirty (30) days from date of publication.
