NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES
Notice is hereby given that the Estates of the Decedents set out below are pending probate proceedings before the Marion County Commission, Fourth Floor, J. Harper Meredith Building, Fairmont, WV 26554. The Clerk of the Marion County Commission has granted Letters of Testamentary or of Administration to the persons named herein. ANY INTERESTED PERSONS OBJECTING TO THE QUALIFICATIONS OF THE NAMED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OR THE VENUE OR JURISDICTION OF THE MARION COUNTY COMMISSION shall file all such objections with the Marion County Commission by delivering all such objections to David A. Glance, Fiduciary Supervisor for Marion County, PO Box 1267, or First Floor, Marion County Courthouse, Adams Street, Fairmont, WV 26554, within three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this notice or within thirty (30) days of the service of this Notice, whichever is later.
ANY PERSON SEEKING TO IMPEACH OR ESTABLISH A WILL MUST FILE A COMPLAINT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS ELEVEN (11), TWELVE (12), OR THIRTEEN (13), ARTICLE FIVE (5), CHAPTER FORTY-ONE (41) OF THE OFFICIAL CODE OF THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED.
ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE ESTATES MUST BE FILED WITH THE FIDUCIARY SUPERVISOR PURSUANT TO CHAPTER FORTY-FOUR (44), ARTICLE THREE-A (3A) OF THE OFFICIAL CODE OF THE STATE OF WEST VIRIGNIA, AS AMENDED, WITHIN 6O DAYS OF PUBLICATION.
