FOR A PUBLIC MEETING ON THE PROPOSED ABANDONMENT OF OLD WV 259 RIGHT‑OF‑WAY

Notice is hereby given by the West Virginia Division of Highways of the proposed abandonment of Old WV 259 right‑of‑way (pre‑1931), beginning at a point on CR 23/1, said point being 0.254 mile (1,345 feet) south of the intersection of WV 259 to a point on Old WV 259; thence easterly with Old WV 259, 0.33 mile (1,758 feet) and ending at its intersection with present WV 259 at 0.49 mile north of CR23/1.
Property owners are requesting the abandonment.
Anyone wishing to request a public meeting on this proposal may do so by writing to the Commissioner, West Virginia Division of Highways, Capitol Complex Building 5, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, West Virginia 25305‑0430 on or before December 21, 2015.
