NOTICE
On March 9, 2020, Charles H. Pase, filed an application to transfer its certificate of need to operate a Waste Tire Monofill (permit No. SWF-4029) to Jerry Whisner. The Monofill is located in Preston County in Wasteshed B.
Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure. All protests and interventions should be addressed to the Commission’s Executive Secretary, P. O. Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia 25323.
