PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF WEST VIRGINIA CHARLESTON TARIFF FORM NO. 10 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO CHANGE RATES (Tariff Rule 19-A) CASE NO. 15-0288-PSD-19A NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO CHANGE RATES On February 27, 2015, White Oak Public Service District, a public utility, filed with the Public Service Commission of West Virginia, an Application requesting increased rates and charges for furnishing sewer service to approximately 1,043 customers in Fayette County, West Virginia. The Staff of the Public Service Commission has reviewed the Application and has recommended increased rates and charges designed to produce approximately $66,266 annually in additional revenue, an overall increase of 19.11{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}. The prior and Staff-Recommended rates are as follows: RATE STAFF (Customers with metered water supply) PRIOR RECOMMENDED First 2,000 gallons used per month $7.39 $8.80 Next 28,000 gallons used per month $5.53 $6.59 All Over 30,000 gallons used per month $3.09 $3.68 Minimum Charge $14.78 $17.60 Flat Rate Charge $28.61 $34.08 Leak Adjustment $0.44 $0.55 Anyone desiring to protest the changed rates and charges must do so, in writing, within ten (10) days of the date of publication of this notice. All protests should be addressed to the Executive Secretary, Public Service Commission of West Virginia, P.0. Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia 25323. To help the Commission determine the justification for additional review and investigation, protests must be specific as to reasons that the changed rates and charges should be modified. In addition, anyone desiring a hearing in this matter must demand a hearing in the letter of protest. If no hearing is demanded, the Commission may affirm the proposed rates without a hearing.
